During his second term as mayor, Kenny Costin will focus on the future of Martinsville with an active slate of projects for the city that will include:

• Building a new Police Station

 

• Remodeling City Hall

 

• Continuing the sewer lining project

 

• Continuing street and sidewalk improvements

 

• Building a new skate park

 

• Developing a trail system

 

• Building a new south levee

 

• Completing the Hacker Drive and North Main Street utility extensions

 

• Implementing new public transportation options to help people get to their jobs in adjacent communities.
